Yoga therapy is a gentle, supportive complement to traditional medicine and talk therapy. It provides unique tools to calm the body, release physical tension, quiet obsessive thoughts and constant worry, and guide you toward self-discovery and a more joyful, balanced life. Yoga therapy also deepens the mind–body connection, supporting a shift away from states of dis-ease while nurturing and strengthening your inner intuition.

Yoga therapy differs from talk therapy in that it uses yogic techniques to address conditions directly. Yoga therapy uses asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, education and philosophy to address different conditions. The approach is based on the doshas and koshas—three core energies and five layers of consciousness that make up the human experience. Imbalances within these systems can contribute to different conditions, and they help guide which practices are most appropriate for each individual.

Anyone who needs me. I work with kids aged 7+, teens, and adults struggling with a condition that can be supported with yoga therapy.

I can meet with clients in-person or virtually! I am based in Hershey, Pennsylvania and see clients in-person at Kaleidoscope Counseling Center Address: 1335 E Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033 Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're not near Hershey, no worries! Just book a virtual session! Please note virtual sessions can be scheduled any day of the week, not just Wednesdays and Fridays. Just email me to schedule!

My niche is anxiety based conditions and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I can also work with a plethora of other conditions including but not limited to chronic fatigue, depression, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and more.

Everyone's journey to peace is different. Clients typically report improvements in symptoms after just one session but long term deep healing may take multiple sessions over the course of a few months.
